伴随着房地产业的“复苏成长”、“初步形成”和“成熟发展”的发展过程,房地产营销从无序状态逐渐步入有序、规范和理论指导阶段。在知识经济背景下,房地产业的出路在于有效地运用先进的各种理论和技术成果。就房地产市场营销而言,顾客满意工程(CS)是一种达到信息共享、效益共享、共同管理的理想模式。
After the three periods (growth, tentative form and mature development)of real estate, its marketing has reached the stage of normal development guided by theory. In the background of knowledge economy, the effective development of real estate is to make full use of the latest theories and technological achievements.
