10 0 0米成绩是反映高校男生耐力素质和中长距离运动能力的指标之一。为了增强学生体质 ,提高教学效果 ,本文采用正交试验设计方法 ,通过实验对 10 0 0米跑的速度、耐力、速度耐力三个因素进行定量研究 ,选取最佳因子组合成可供采用的10 0 0米锻炼的教学优选方案。
At college, boy students' endurance and sport ability in middle and long races can be reflected from their 1000-metre-race. In order to strengthen the students' physique and improve the teaching effect, this artice adopts a design way of “Alternative Experiment”. It analyses quantitatively the speed, general endurance and speed endurance, which can influence the results of 1000-metre race. It provides a better training teaching plan of 1000-metre race by means of selecting and composing the best related factors.
