高校工作的改革创新 ,首先要从高校管理者的自身观念更新入手。高校管理者应牢固树立目标观念、社会效益观念、系统观念、信息观念、素质教育观念。
Innovation of colleges and universities is to begin with the renewing of their administrators' concepts.The administrators should have the senses of objective,social gains,system,information,all-round education,talent and quantitative administration.
