科学技术的长足发展进步 ,使人类社会得到了空前高度的发展。但两者中任一者的发展至今都是不理想的。重新审视科学技术本身 ,根本改变科技进步的动力机制 ,同时全面变革人类社会 ,消除其不合理性的根源 ,科学技术与人类社会发展才能进入良好的互动状态 ,因而人类才能有光明的未来。

Considerable progress has been made in science and techn ology, which enables the human society to develop to an unprecedented level. How ever, neither development has been satisfactory so far. Science and technology a nd the development of human society can only mutually influence each other by re considering science and technology, changing its motive mechanism thoroughly and at the same time changing the human society completely and eliminating the root of its irrationality. Therefore humans can have a bright future.
