摘要
分析了催化重整过程中C5—C9组分可能发生的反应 ,基于进出口组分的反应路径网络 ,首先建立了一个描述出口组成和进料组成关系的复杂数学模型 ,在这个模型中 ,考虑了所有可能的转化关系。对于某一种出口组分 ,由于有些进料组分贡献很小 ,忽略后不会对结果产生很大的影响 ,所以对复杂模型进行了合理简化 ,获得计算效率更高且方便实用的简化模型。文中利用工厂的实际数据关联了简化模型中的参数 ,并对实际工况进行了模拟 。
Based on the reaction network, a complex correlation model is built, which considers all potential conversion reactions between feedstock and product molecules. However, some reactions only have very low conversion rate, and they can be neglected. Based on the rational assumptions, a simplified model is derived from the complex model, which has much less correlation parameters. Industrial data are used to correlate parameters of the simplified model. The model is applied to simulate practical cases, and the results have a good agreement with measured data.
