摘要 采用固定床透过曲线法 ,建立了合适的吸附动态模型 ,用于描述CO、CO2 和CH4 在稀土复合吸附剂上的吸附特性 ,采用正交配置法对吸附动态模型进行求解 ,得到了CO、CO2 和CH4 的动力学参数 ,为吸附分离过程设计提供一定的参考依据 ,固定床透过曲线法是非常有效的实验方法 。 The method of fixed bed breakthrough curves has been applied to develop the dynamic adsorption model that describes the characteristics of carbon monoxide,carbon dioxide and methane on compound adsorbents with rare earth elements.The numerical solutions of parameters on adsorption kinetics were obtained by the method of orthogonal collocation. The method of fixed bed breakthrough curves is a very useful experimental medium.It can provide the means of adsorption characteristics of other systems. Those data were essentially required for the design of the adsorption separation process.
