浙江省水稻二化螟抗药性现状与治理对策 被引量:44

THE STATUS OF PESTCIDE RESISTANCE OF RICE STALK BORER IN ZHEJIANG PROVICE AND THEIR MANAGEMENT TACTICS

摘要 二化螟是浙江省水稻的主要害虫。由于连续使用杀虫双超过20 a,三唑磷10 a 防治二 化螟,致使二化螟对杀虫单(杀虫双)普遍产生抗药性。1999年测定抗性增加67~587倍,达 到高抗和极高抗水平;二化螟对三唑磷在温州和台州等局部地区也达到了68~162倍的高抗 水平。为治理二化螟抗药性,必须加强对害虫抗药性的监测,在高抗药性地区停止使用杀虫 单(杀虫双)和三唑磷防治二化螟;在低抗药性和敏感地区也应减少使用次数和用量,达到延 缓抗药性产生的目的。 The strip stem borer, Chilo suppressalis, is the one of most seriou s rice pests in the rice ecosystems of Zhejiang province. The pest resistance to t wo insecticides, bisultap and triazophos, were caused in a large rice area, main ly due to the continuously injudicious use of above two insecticides for 20 and 10 years respectively. The field monitoring shown that resistance ratio of stem borer populations collected from different rice areas of Zhejiang was among 67~ 587, and all tested populations were of high resistance to bisultap. The resista nce ratio of stem borer populations collected from rice areas of Wenzhou and Tai zhou was among 68~162, and tested population were high resistance to triazophos . To efficiently manager the insecticide resistance, the following measures shou ld be taken, 1)to frequently monitor the insecticide resistance in stem borer in all rice ecosystems, 2) to prohibit the use of above insecticides in rice ecosy stems with high insecticide resistance, and 3) to minimize the injudicious use o f above insecticides in rice ecosystems with low or susceptible insecticide resi stance. The rational use of insecticides for suppressing strip stem borer could reduce the selective pressure of insecticides to stem borer populations.
