铋甲西林片的薄层色谱扫描定量分析

摘要 建立了铋甲西林片中阿莫西林和甲硝唑的薄层色谱扫描定量分析方法 ,考察了展开剂系统和展开温度对两组分色谱分离的影响情况。采用硅胶 GF2 54 - 0 .50 %羧甲基纤维素钠板 ,以甲醇 -氯仿 -二乙胺 -石油醚 (35∶ 40∶ 1 .0∶ 75)为展开剂 ,两主药斑点经紫外灯定位后 ,不经显色可直接进行双波长薄层色谱扫描测定。以随行外标二点法对样品进行了分析 ,阿莫西林和甲硝唑的回收率分别为 99.82 %和 1 0 0 .9% ,RSD<3.3%。 A method of quantitative analysis for amoxicillin and metronidazole in Bijiaxilin tablet by dual-wavelength thin-layer scanning technique was established. The effects of the mobile phase and temperature on the retention behavior of the detected components were investigated. The sample solution was spotted on silica gel GF_ 254 -plate and developed by methanol-chloroform-diethylamine-petroleum benzine (35∶40∶1.0∶75). Without coloration the spots were directly scanned with Shimadzu CS-9000 dual-wavelength thin-layer scanner in reflection mode zig-zag scanning. The recoveries were 99.82% for amoxicillin and 100.9% for metronidazole with RSD less than 3.3%.
