摘要
从鸡心、鸡血中提取抗氧化物 ,并分别利用邻苯三酚 (PR)自氧化法、碘量法对其活性进行了检测。结果表明 :鸡心提取物比鸡血提取物的抗氧化活性强。
Antioxidative substances from chicken blood and heart were extracted, their antioxidative activities were measured by pyrogallol (PR) autooxidation and Na_2S_2O_3-I_2 titrimetric method. It was found that the antioxidative activity of the heart was higher than that of the blood.
