Study on the Technics of Extracting Heparin Sodium from Bovine Lung

本文报道了酶解盐解、D- 2 54树脂吸附、沉淀剂 YNB99- 1去蛋白和 H2 O2 氧化制取牛肺精品肝素钠的工艺。结果显示 ,精品效价 1 50 USPu/mg、质量符合出口标准 ,产率比传统工艺提高 2 2 .6% ;下脚料

A new techniques of exacting heparin sodium from bovine lung is presented in this article. This technics includes digesting bovine lung with proteolysis enzyme and sodium chloride, extracting heparin sodium with D-254, removing protein with YNB-99-1 and oxidizating with H 2O 2. The effective value of the product from this technics reaches 150USPu/mg, which is fit to the exporting standards. The product percentage of this thchnics is higher than that of traditional technics by 22.6% and the final residual bovine lung from this thchnics can be used as feed protein.
