摘要 本文研究了石墨炉原子吸收法直接测定固体样品中痕量钴。该方法无须对样品进行干法或湿法消解 ,将固体样品研磨后 ,过 2 0 0目筛 ,加入 0 .15%琼脂溶液 ,均匀悬浮 ,由石墨炉自动进样测定。本法准确、简单、无玷污、无损失 ,回收率为 90 %— 96%。 Without using wet or dry digestion,solid sample was powdered and sieved through 200 mesh,then added into 0.15% agar solution.The suspension was directly sent to the apparatus for the determination of Cobalt.The suspension was dried at 60—120℃ for 60 second,ashed at 800℃ for 20s,atomized at 2700℃.The optimum matrix modifier is NH 4VO 3.Cobalt in reference material and in the solid sample are determined.The recovery rate is 90%—96%.The average value of Cobalt obtained from seven determinations of the reference material is 0.25mg/kg .It's the same as its standard value.This method is simple,rapid and accurate.
