Determination of Iron,Manganese,Zinc and Copper in Pagoda Flowers by ICP-AES

使用 PTFE高压密封消化罐 ,用 ICP- AES法同时测定刺槐花中 Fe、Mn、Cu、Zn元素 ,回收率均在96%— 10 6%之间 ,相对标准偏差在 7.9%以下 。

Iron,manganese,zinc and copper in pagoda flowers digested by PTFE autoclave were simultaneously determined by ICP AES.The rate of recovery of the four elements is from 96% to 106%,and the relative standard deviation is less than 7.9%.The results are satisfactory.
