Determination of Trace Iodine in Human's Hair by ICP-AES

本文用 ICP- AES法测定人发中碘含量 ,并对发样的处理条件及 ICP- AES法的应用条件进行了探讨。结果表明该法能测定含量较低的碘 ,检出限为 0 .1μg/ m L,相对标准偏差为 1.10 %— 8.4 5% ,回收率为10 3.6%— 10 6.

The concentration of iodine in human's hair was determined by ICP AES.The condition of dealing with the hair samples and the applied condition of ICP AES were discussed.Results show that this method can detect low concentration iodine.The detection limit is 0.1μg/mL.The RSD is in the range of 1.10%—8.45% and the recovery is from 103.6% to 106.8%.
