采用多元校正模型 ,不经分离 ,用吸光光度法同时测定拼色食品中混合合成色素 ,获得较满意的结果 ;
Food colorants in assorted color foods are determined simultaneously with the multivariate calibration method without previous chemical separation The results obtained are satisfactory Moreover, the factors influencing the analysis of food samples are also studied
