一氧化氮在大环铜配合物修饰电极上的电催化氧化及测定 被引量:8

摘要 发现大环铜配合物[Cu(Ⅱ)L]Cl2 对一氧化氮 (NO)具有电催化氧化作用 (L=1 ,8_二乙醇基_1 ,3 ,6 ,8 ,10 ,13_六氮杂_14_冠_4);研制成用于NO伏安法测定的微铂盘Nafion -Cu(Ⅱ)L膜修饰电极。当NO的浓度在1.4×10-5 ~5.6×10-7 mol/L范围内氧化峰电流与NO的浓度呈线性关系 ,相关系数为0.994 ,亚硝酸、抗坏血酸。 The preparation of an electrode modified by Nafion-copper(Ⅱ) macrocyclic complex Cl2 (L=1,8 _ diethoxy _ 1,3,6,8,10,13 _ hexaaza _ 14 _ crown _ 4)is described. It was found that the electrode modified by Nafion-copper(Ⅱ) macrocyclic complex showed a high catalytic activity for the oxidation of NO with high sensitivity and selectivity for NO determination. NO was detected as the oxidation current by the 1.5 _ order differential linear scan voltammetry. NO concentration was linear with the oxidation current in the range of 1.4×10-5 to 5.6×10-7 mol/L. The detection was free from the interference of some biological substances, such as ascorbic acid, nitrite and L _ arginine.
