摘要 建立反相高效液相色谱测定小麦黄素水剂中小麦黄素(麦黄酮)含量的方法。采用SpherisorbC18 柱 ,以甲醇 -水 -乙酸 (体积比65∶35∶2)为流动相 ,流速1mL/min ,检测波长352nm。小麦黄素在5~100mg/L范围内质量浓度与峰面积呈良好的线性关系 ,相关系数r=0.9986 ,该法灵敏、准确 ,重复性好 ,平均回收率为97 %。 A method for the determination of content of tricin in water _ base tricin was established by reversed _ phase high performance liquid chromatography. Chromatographic separation was performed with spherisorb C18 column with an eluent consisting of methanol-water-acetic acid(65∶35∶2 by volume), and the eluate was monitored spectrophotometrically at λmax=352 nm. The calibration curve was linear over the range of tricin mass concentration from 5 mg/L to 100 mg/L. The recovery rate is 97%(n=5). The method is rapid, sensitive, accurate and repeatable. It was successfully applied to assay the tricin amount in water _ base tricin.
