摘要
研究了火焰原子吸收光谱法测定低锑砷合金中微量元素含量的最佳测量条件 ,包括燃助比、燃烧器高度、灯电流、光谱通带以及基体元素对测定的影响。实验表明 :在选定实验条件下 ,Cu、Ag元素含量在0~4mg/L ,Sb元素含量在0~80mg/L范围内均符合比尔定律 ,相关系数 (r)为0.9979~0.9987。方法简便、快速 ,选择性好。该法用于低锑砷合金中微量元素Cu、Ag、Sb的测定 ,结果令人满意。方法的回收率为91 %~97 % ,相对标准偏差为1.1 %~2.4 %
The optimum conditions, such as ratio of fuel gas to combustion _ supporting gas, burner height, lamp current and pass band, for the determination of trace elements in low Sb-As alloys were studied by flame atomic absorption spectrometry. The effect of the matrix element on the determination was also investigated. The experimental results showed that Beer’s law was obeyed in the range of 0~4 mg/L for Cu and Ag, and 0~80 mg/L for Sb, the correlation coefficients were in the range of 0.997 9~0.998 7 under the selected conditions. Applied to the determination of the trace elements in low Sb-As alloy samples the method proved to be simple, rapid and selective with satisfactory recovery of 91%~97% and relative standard deviation of 1.1%~2.4%.
