摘要
针对硼酰化镍中镍、硼的测定 ,采用刚果红试纸指示体系的pH值 ,以紫脲酸胺为指示剂 ,EDTA为滴定剂测镍 ,可获得明显的滴定终点 ;同时采用甘露醇强化硼酸滴定硼时 ,以EDTA为掩蔽剂 ,消除了二价镍对硼分析的干扰 ;并改用溴甲酚绿-甲基红 -酚酞三元混合指示剂作为测定硼的指示剂 ,使滴定终点灵敏 ,准确 ;建立了一种联合测定硼酰化镍中镍含量和硼含量的简便、快速的分析方法 ,实际样品分析表明 。
This paper describes a method of combined determining nickel and boron in boron-containing fine organic chemicals.Nickel is titrated at pH 10~11 in NH 3 NH 4Cl(ammonia water-ammonium chloride)medium using ammonium violurate as indicator and EDTA as titrant.The interference of nickel is eliminated by masking with EDTA,and a mixed indicator composing of bromocresol green,methyl red and phenalphthalein is used as indicator in the titration to determine boron.It is simple and fast and has been satisfactorily used for the determination of nickel and boron in the rubber adhesion promoter,such as nickel-boron complex.
