摘要
研制了用于弯管一次合成的设备．该设备由三部分组成：主体部分、控制部分和监视部分．主体部分包括电动机、减速箱、安装盒和机架；控制部分包括温度检测仪、调速器和计算机；监视部分包括电视和摄像头．使用该设备可实现弯管一次合成过程的全自动控制，并合成出φ３２５ ｍｍ的陶瓷复合弯管．
A new device that is used to produce ceramic lined steel elbow by SHS-gravitational process has been developed. The device composes of three parts: main port, control part and watch part. There are mo- tor, decelerating case, mounting plate and base in the main part, temperature detector, rate adjuster and com- puter in the control part, and composes of monitor and camera in the watch part. The device can auto-control the synthesizing process of the composite elbow. The composite elbow with the diameter of 325 mm and the curve angle of 90° is produced.
