科技进步对生产力状况以及产业结构具有很大影响 ,分析科学技术进步对经济增长所产生的积极推动力 ,从而阐明科学技术在一国经济生活中所处的重要地位、所起的重要作用。值此国家着手实施西部大开发战略之际 ,考虑我国现实国情与现有经济状况及其进展提出几点看法 ,以期使科技这个潜在的巨大力量广泛受到关注并有所发展 ,使得我们的建设事业的发展更快。
