The Develeping of West Region and Tibantan Population′s Culture Qulity

人口的文化素质对经济发展有很大的影响。自 1 94 9年以来 ,青海的藏族人口文化素质提高很快 ,但还不能适应西部开发的需要。我们应尽力采取多种有效措施 。

The population′s qualtity of science culture has a great influence on economic development.The population′s culture quality of Qing Hai Tibantans has greatly improve since 1949,But It still has some problems.The propertion of illiterate and half illiterate persons is very high.The educate person is less.The science and technology population lacks greatly.Therefore ,It can not meet the need of Qing Hai and west regions economic develepment. We must try our best to take effective measures in order to improve Tibantan populations science and technological quality.
