爱学生是教师职业道德的中心内容。教师对学生的爱会成为激励师生双方努力工作的强大动力，同时有利于学生在认知和情感方面的全面发展。师爱分亲近感、理解感、期待感三个层次。教师不但要去爱，而且要懂得怎样表达。

The love to students is the central part of the professional moral of teachers. It is a strong motivation encouraging both the teacher and the student to work harder. Furthermore, it can help the students in their full development in both perception and feeling. The teacher's love can be divided into three le vels: intimation, understanding, and expectation. A teacher should not only give love to his/her students, but also know how to love.
