摘要
针对带电子温度控制的家用电器和其他仪器设备由于温度传感热敏电阻在传感时产生的灵敏度变化而导致控制电路产生误差进行分析和研究 ,得出产生误差有两种情形 :热敏电阻灵敏度下降和灵敏度增高。从热敏电阻的电阻温度特性和电压温度特性进行了深入的理论和实验分析 ,就不同灵敏度变化提出了两种不同的修正电路 ,并进行理论推理和实验测试证明其合理性 。
Through the analysis and research of the error of the controlling circuit of temperature controlled house electrical,appliances and other equipments caused by the sensitivity change of temperature sensing thermal resistor during its sensing two causes of the error have been found :the falling and increasing of the sensitivity of thermal resistor .After carrying out further analysis of the characters of both resistance temperature and voltage temperature of thermal resistor with both theories and experiments ,two different correction circuits are porposed according to different sensitivity changes,and their rationality has been verified through theoretical reasoning and experiments,thus achieving the purpose of correcting the conversion sensitivity of thermal resistor.
