一维介观链中的多电荷孤子研究

摘要 采用半经典模型对一维介观结链中存在多个剩余电子时的电势分布进行了研究 ,并发现在一维介观链中存在多电荷孤子 .多电荷孤子的特征是它的电势峰劈裂为多个峰 ,每个剩余电子存在的岛都对应着 1个峰 . We adopt a semi-classical model and study the potential distribution of a one-dim mesoscopic tunnel junction array when there are many excess electrons in it. We show that there exist multi-charge solitons in one-dim array of mesoscopic tunnel junctions. The main feature of a multi-charge soliton is that its potential peak splits into many peaks. Each island that contains an excess electron corresponds to a potential peak. Meanwhile, we find that the single charge soliton equivalent is also applicable in dealing with multi-charge solitons.
