三环唑原药和制剂的气相色谱分析

Gas chromatographic analysis of tricyclazole in technical and formulated products

选用OV - 17色谱柱 ,以邻苯二甲酸二辛酯为内标 ,制订出气相色谱测定原药和复配农药中三环唑含量的方法。实验表明 :方法有良好的线性 ,回归方程为Y =0 2 993X - 0 0 0 5 3,相关系数r =0 9999;平行实验 (n =5 )的RSD为 0 37% ;加标回收率 98%～ 10 2 % ;对原药和粉剂样品的分析结果与GB 12 6 95 - 90方法吻合。

A new method was developed for the determination of tricyclazole in technical and formulated products by gas chromatography with OV-17 as stationary phase and dioctyl phthalate as internal standard.The results showed that calibration curve was Y=0 024 25X-0 023 5,r= 0 999?9 ;the RSD was 0 37% and the recoveries were 98%～102%.
