摘要
面对目前普通高校体育理论教学的状况，必须进行全面改革，也就是应以传授体育文化科学知识为先导，依靠相应的知识，以培养体育能力为重点；以体育科学理论知识为中心；以体育时事知识为方向．制订理论与实践相结合的具有时代特征的体育教学大纲，把传授体育知识与科学锻炼的方法有机地结合起来．
The present PE theoretical Class in general higher institutions in China needs a all--sided reform, which should put scientific knowledge about it at leading place. And this knowledge, in turn, is to train the students phisical abilities as the purpose, combined with the concerned konwledgr as the center and present sports affairs as the leading direction. The PE curriculum should be charaterized by the joint force of theory and practice.
