This paper proposes the significance of recycled aggregates from construction debris and problems that must be solved in the use of recycled aggregates, such as improving strength of recycled aggregates, testing on basic performance and technical economic analysis of recycled aggregate concrete, policy support, etc. This paper also puts forward the technological methods of recycled aggregates from construction debris.
