On Crime of Serious Project Accident

工程重大安全事故罪是现行刑法新增加的罪名。文章就增设本罪的必要性、本罪的构成特征、认定本罪应注意的问题。

Crime of serious project accident is a new additive accusation in the current criminal law.This paper makes a tentative study on some problems about the necessity of adding the crime,the constitutional characteristics of the crime,the noticeable issues in the dertermination of the crime,dertermination of the accusation and perfection of the crime.
