History will bring us into the 21st century. It is a chance and moreover, a challenge for China which is facing the economic globalization and will become a member of WTO in the near future. The norms of business-running are keys to run it successfully. To carry out the norms can raise the quality of a business output, promote the socio-economic relations and enhance China's comprehensive national potentiality. We must create conditions to ensure that the norms are carried out smoothly.
