论带薪休假制度的实行与我国旅游业的深入发展

On Implementation of the Salaried Vacation System and Developing Further Tourism in China

我国人民的旅游消费需求在增长 ,但现行休假制度制约了旅游业的发展 ,在我国实行带薪休假制度 ,可以解决人们日益增长的旅游消费需要与闲暇时间不足的矛盾 。

With the development of the tourism consumption demand and restricts of present vacation system to Chinese tourism, this paper expounds the urgency of implementing the salaried vacation system and puts forward a standpoint that the system is good for dealing with the contradiction between the increasing consumption demand of tourism and lacking of spare time, so that advancing tourism in China to develop further.
