摘要 由使用棱镜耦合器的一种新技术即漏模法,测量了平板玻璃光波导的参数(薄膜的折射率和厚度)。测得的波导参数在测量误差范围内与用导模法测得的数据一致。漏模法和导模法联用,提高了光波导参数的测量精度。对于这两种方法的误差来源,在理论上作了分析和比较。 The parameters of the optical slab glass waveguide (refractive index and thickness of thin film) were measured by a new technique for using the prism coupler, i.e., leaky mode method. The measured parameters of the waveguide agreed with data measured by using guided mode method in measuring error ranges. The accuracy for measuring parameters of the waveguide was increased by using leaky mode method together with guided mode methed. For these two methods, causes of measuring errors were analysed and compared theoretically.
