摘要
本文通过对气含率εg、液缝速度 u1,液涡分布εw、气泡分布密度 f、床内压力 p 等性质在床内变化规律的综合分析,指出按气泡汇合和破碎性质,在径向上,初步分为三个区:气泡汇合区;气泡破碎区;边界区。同时,分析了三相流化床内压力沿径向的变化,并进行了定性验证。
In this paper,the behavior of bubbles in a gas-liquid solid flui- dized bed was investigated in a column with dimensions of 100×20×1000mm. The distribution of gas hold up,distribution of liquid velocity and distribu tion of bubbles were analysed and further utilized to reveal the characteri- stics of bubble coalescence and breakup.The research results indicated that the bed can be divided into three regimes:coalescence regime (0<φ<0.41), breakup regime (0.41<φ<0.71)ane boundary regime(0.71<φ<1.0).The distribution of radial pressure in the bed was also studied.
