摘要
民用建筑节能评价是工程建设项目的质量评价体系中的一部分,是对民用建筑能耗水平的专项评定。要由专用的建筑节能检测仪表在现场完成。由于采暖天数较长,室外气象条件多变,而现场测定的时间又有限,因此需将现场测定数据折算到标准规定的气象条件,以便于建筑节能指标的评价。本文在分析各个测定参数之间的相互关系的基础上,推导出将测定数据折算到标准规定的气象条件的计算公式。该公式可用于建筑节能指标的评价。
For appraisal of energy conservation index, some tests must he done in field under varying test conditions within a limited period of time, and the test results must be converted into those under the condition of energy conservation design standard for new heated residential buildings. Through the analysis of the relation between parameters and the use of practical formulas, the test results can be converted into those under the condition of energy conservation design standard for new heated residen- tial buildings. The formulas in this paper can be used to appraise the index of energy conservation.
