摘要
应用回归与方差分析理论.通过SMC模压工艺参数对其固化收缩率影响的实验分析表明.优化模压 工艺参数,特别是本文提出的两段式压制制度对降低SMC固化收缩率是有益的。SMC模压试件的固化收缩率 随第二阶段模压压力降低和第一阶段保压时间的增长而减小。
Presents the investigation of the influences of SMC molding parameters on its curing shrinkage rate through variance and regression analysis, and concludes from the results of empirical analysis that optimized molding parameters, and the two-stage molding in particular help reducing SMC curing shrinkage rate, the SMC molding samples' curing shrinkage rate reduces with reducing the second stage pressure reduces and the first stage pressure keeping time, prolongs.
