摘要 声表面波(SAW)滤波器以其独特的优点广泛应用于许多电子设备中,尤其在移动通信的应用领域中,更体现了它的优势,但低插入损耗的SAW滤波器是扩大其应用领域的关键,其中主要是叉指换能器(IDT)的结构。本文主要介绍SAW滤波器及实现低插入损耗的几种IDT结构。 The surface acoustic wave filter (SAWF) is applied widely in many electronic equipments with its particular advantages. Especially in the mobile communication system, its advantages are more obvious. But the low insert waste SAW filter is the key which expands its application, the most principal is the structure of interdigit transducer (IDT) in the SAWF. This paper mainly introduces the SAWF and a few IDT structures which realized low insert waste.
