摘要
1 前言线性规划是当代用途广泛的运筹学方法之一,冶金生产中的许多实际问题,例如生产管理、原材料管理、冶金配料、钢液的合金补加计算以及冶金产品结构优化等,都可以表示成线性规划模型.北京科技大学自八三年开展优化方法在冶金生产中的应用研究工作以来,先后在不锈钢,烧结矿、钼铁、钛铁及金红石等冶炼的优化模型配料应用方面以及炼钢过程中合金补加计算方面取得了成效.电弧炉炼钢及烧结矿的优化模型配料项目先后都已通过部级鉴定.2
A model of optimum mix was set up using linear programming and the software was developed with Chinese character input and display.The model were used by Tai Yuan iron and Steel Company in calculating the optimum mix of raw materials in sinter production and by Fu Shun Steel Plant for electric arc furnace charge design.Use of the optimum mix model program has provided obvious financial benefits:1.88 yuan was saved per ton sinter and 72 yuan saved per ton scrap mix in actural production The yearly savings would amount to 3.76 and 1.0 million yuan respectively. The computer program is proved feasible and reliahle,offering advantages of reduced computer time;decreased variation of chemical composition of mix and improved efficiency of management. In this paper,the network of model equations,the design of the software and its practical application are discussed.
