摘要
本文报导了用 CaO-Fe_2O_3-Al_2O_3系和 CaO-Fe_2O_3系熔剂在实验室条件下处理含磷~0.45%的中磷生铁的脱磷结果,实验结果表明,对于 CaO-Fe_2O_3-Al_2O_3系熔剂,其消耗量为生铁量的10%,Al_2O_3/CaO 的重量比为1/9,对于CaO-Fe_2O_3系熔剂,CaO/Fe_2O_3的重量比为41/59的条件下,两种渣系的脱磷率可达85~90%,其脱磷能力与 CaO-Fe_2O_3-CaF_2系熔剂相当;炉渣中 P_2O_5含量在12%以上,这种炉渣经适当处理即可作为肥料使用.
This paper reported the experimental results on the external dephosphorization of medium phosphorus pig iron containing about 0.45%P with CaO-Fe_2O_3-Al_2O_3 and CaO-Fe_2O_3 fluxes on a laboratory scale. When the flux consumption was about 10% of the weight of pig iron,the weight ratio of Al_2O_3 to CaO was 1:9 in CaO-Fe_3O_3-Al_2O_3 flux and the weight ratio of CaO to Fe_2O_3 41:59 in CaO-Fe_2O_3 flux,the dephosphorization may reach up to 85-90%,its dephosphorization power being equivalent to that of CaO-Fe_2O_3-CaF_2 flux with the same consumption of flux.The P_2O_5 content in slag was 12% or more and the slag may be used as fertilizer after certain treatment.
