摘要
用直接法对铝液中铈-硫(700—900℃)和铈-铜(850℃)的平衡关系进行了研究.铈-硫平衡产物为 CeS,平衡常数与温度的关系为1gKces=-(3979)/T-0.32,相互作用系数与温度的关系为 e_S^(Ce)=-(31592)/T+23.15和 e_(Ce)~S=-(138215)/T+1 01.28,CeS 标准生成自由能与温度的关系为ΔG _(CeS)~0=-76150-6.3TJ/mol.铈-铜平衡产物为 CeCu_6,平衡常数为 K_(CeCu)_6=2.5×10^(11),一、二阶相互作用系数分别为 e_(Ce)^(Cu)=-9.6,e_(Cu)^(Ce)=-4.4 r_(Ce)^(Cu)=3.2,CeCu_6标准生成自由能为-228KJ/mol.
The thermodynamic properties of Al-Ce-S liquid system in the temperature range from 700 to 900℃ and those of Al-Ce-Cu at 850℃ were studied For Al-Ce-S liquid solution,the equilibrium product are identi- fied as CeS,the temperature dependence of the equilibrium constant,the standard Gibbs energy (in J/tool) for the CeS formed and the interaction coefficients between Ce and S are determined as follows: lgK_(CeS)=-(3979)/T-0.32,G_(CeS)~0=-76150-6.5T,e_S^(Ce)=-(31592)/T+23.15, e^(C_e^S)=-(138215)/T+101.28 For Al-Ce-Cu liquid systems,the equilibrium product are identified as CeCu_6;the equilibrium constant,the standard Gibbs energy(in kJ/mol) for the formation of CeCu_6 and the interaction coefficients between Ce and Cu are found to be:K_((CeC)_6)=-228,e_(Ce)^(Cu)=-9.6,r_(Ce)^(Cu)=3.2.
