Economic growth point, which is characterized by economic rapid increase, is a set of industry, enterprise and region. It possess dynamics and many gradations. The economic growth point of 21 century in our country includes the industry of high-technology, the industry that has extensive demands after entering in a well-to-do society, and the industry that has relative advantage. To quicken the opening and development of Central and Western regions, the nonstate-run enterprises should be devoted major efforts to develop. Hubei Province should emancipate the mind, adjust its policies, make full use of its advantages and speed up its development.
