摘要
国有企业经过了几十年的发展 ,形成了巨大的潜在形象力资源 ,亟待我们去开发和利用 ,以增强国有企业的活力。企业形象力资源的开发 ,应该首先从形象意识、战略规划、文化建设、管理创新、品牌塑造、传播沟通等方面着手 。
With the development of several decades,huge potential image resources for state-owned enterprise have formed and are waiting for us to develop and put to use with the purpose of reinforcing these enterprises.In their development,the author pointed out the following should be paid primary attention to: image consciousness,strategic plans,cultural construction,creative management,trademark making,and publicity.
