摘要
结合目前混凝土材料向绿色高性能化发展的方向 ,以超细粉煤灰作为加气混凝土配料以替代原状粉煤灰 ,配制出符合承重要求的加气混凝土。并借助XRD和SEM分析 ,着重研究了超细灰对高强混凝土制造工艺和力学性能的影响 ,探讨了超细灰在加气混凝土内部的作用机理。结果表明 :优化超细灰细度和选择适当的掺量不但可以有效利用工业废渣 ,而且还可以显著提高加气混凝土强度。
Fly ash based load-bearing cellular concrete has been developed by using superfine fly ash as substitute for original ash in this paper to coalesce the environment protection development in concrete materials at present.By using XRD and SEM,the influences of superfine fly ash to technics properties and mechanics properties of high-strength concrete have been studied.The action mechanism of superfine fly ash in cellular concrete is also discussed.It can be shown from the result that not only waste residue can be utilized efficiently but also increase the intensity of cellular concrete by using proper grade and quantity of superfine ash.
