摘要
桓仁水库建库至今已有３０余年，由于水库本身的作用及人类活动的影响，径流在逐渐发生变化。文章简要分析了桓仁水库建库前后年径流变化情况及洪水的变化情况。
Huanren reservoir has operated about 30 years up to the present. As a result of the reservoir self - function and the affect of human activities, the runoff has been changing gradually. The paper analyses the changes of annual runoff and flood before and after construction of the reservoir.
