浆细胞性淋巴瘤中EB病毒与bcl-2蛋白表达的关系

Association of epstein-Barr virus with bcl-2 protein expression in plasmacytic lymphomas

目的 探讨浆细胞性淋巴瘤中EB病毒感染与bcl 2蛋白表达的关系。方法 采用免疫组织化学、原位杂交分别检测 7例浆细胞性淋巴瘤bcl 2、LMP 1蛋白的表达及EBER1/ 2 ,并且对bcl 2、EBER1/ 2双阳性病例进行双标记检测。结果 7例浆细胞性淋巴瘤均呈bcl 2蛋白阳性 ,2例喉部病例呈EBER1/ 2阳性 (双标记证实 ,其中EBER1/ 2阳性的肿瘤细胞 6 0 %～ 70 %同时bcl 2阳性 ,bcl 2阳性的肿瘤细胞 80 %～ 90 %同时EBER1/ 2阳性 ) ,其中有 1例呈LMP 1阳性。结论 浆细胞性淋巴瘤bcl 2蛋白表达率很高 ,EBER1/ 2表达率较低。EB病毒的感染与bcl 2蛋白的高表达相关性不大 ,可能与病变部位有关。

Objective To explore the association of Epstein Barr virus(EBV) with the expression of bcl 2 protein in plasmacytic lymphomas. Methods In 7 cases of plasmacytic lymphoma,the expression of bcl 2,LMP 1 protein and EBER1/2 were detected respectively with immunohistochemistry and in situ hybridization,and adual labeling was performed in the EBER1/2 and bcl 2 positive cases. Results All of 7 cases of plasmacytic lymphoma were bcl 2 positive,2 cases of larngopharynx were EBER1/2 positive(The double labeling showed that 60% 70% EBER1/2 positive tumor cells were bcl 2 positive and 80% 90% bcl 2 positive tumor cells were EBER1/2 positive simultaneously),one of which was LMP 1 positive. Conclusions In plasmacytic lymphomas, the positive rate of bcl 2 protein is very high and that of EBER1/2 is low. The relationship between EBV and bcl 2 protein overexpression is rarely eminent and that maybe affected by the locality.
