普鲁托品对猫血流动力学的影响

Eeffects of protopine on haemodynamics in anestheized cat

目的 观察普鲁托品对麻醉猫血流动力学的影响。方法 利用麻醉开胸猫测定血流动力学的各项指标的变化。结果 静脉给药 1mg/kg及 2mg/kg普鲁托品 ,降低麻醉猫的SAP ,DAP ,MAP ,+dp/dtmax ,-dp/dtmax ,LVST ,LVWI,CI ,TPR ,且随剂量加大而增强。两个剂量降低心率显著持久。结论 普鲁托品通过抑制心肌收缩力及降低外周阻力来降低血压 ,并通过抑制心脏自律性 ,减慢心率 ,最终使左心做功降低 ,心肌耗氧量减少。

objective in order to invesitigate the effects of protopine (Pro) on haemodynamics in the anaethetized cat. Methed The effects of Pro on paemodynamics were measured by 8 channels physiological recorder in anesthetized open chest cat. Results Protopine 1 or 2mg/kg iv in anesthtized open chest cat brought a signifcant reducation of systolic and diastolic blood pressure, mean arterial pressure and ±dp/dtmax, LVST, LVWI, heart rate ,CI ,and TPR. Conclusions Declining perpheral resistance and heart contrctile force, Pro reduced mean arterial Pressure, inhibiting spontaneou heart rate, Pro inclined heart rate, at last ,Pro reduced myocardical oxygen consumption.
