老年人急性肾功能衰竭的特点

The characteristics of Acute Renal Failure in the elderly.

目的 了解老年人急性肾功能衰竭 (ARF)的临床特点。方法 分组比较近 3年 3 2例老年急性肾功能衰竭患者与 62例非老年急性肾功能衰竭患者。结果 老年组患者病死率为 5 6.2 5 % ,非老年组为 16.3 2 %。继发感染、急性左心衰、消化道出血为主要死因。

Objective To investigate the characteristics of acute renal failure (ARF)in elderly subjects.Methods Thirty two cases of elderly persons with ARF were observed and compared with 62 cases of the non elderly with ARF.Results The mortality rates of ARF in the elderly and the non elderly were 56.25% and 16.32% respectively;there was significant difference in mortality between the two groups( P <0.01).The main complications that caused the death in elderly subjects with ARF were secondary infections,acute left heart failure,and digestive tract hemorrhage.Conclusion There are more clinical complications and higher mortality in elderly subjects with ARF.The dialysis in the early stage of ARF may decrease the complications and mortality.
