国人手骨间肌和蚓状肌的构筑学研究

A study on the Architecture of the Human interosseous muscle and lumbrical muscle

目的 国人手骨间肌和蚓状肌的构筑学研究 方法 用固定的成年男性尸体 8具做手骨间肌和蚓状肌的构筑学研究 ,对手肌在握持运动中可产生的力量和动幅作定量比较。结果 骨间掌侧肌平均肌重 1.79± 0 .2 1g ,肌长 4.6 8± 0 .43cm ,肌纤维长 1.85± 0 .11cm ,肌生理横切面积 0 .96± 0 .0 8cm2 。骨间背侧肌上述指数分别是 4.2 1± 2 .19g ,5 .5 7± 0 .5 6cm ,2 .0 4± 0 .32cm ,1.95± 0 .70cm2 ,骨间肌都是羽肌。蚓状肌是长肌 ,肌重平均 0 .80± 0 .2 7g ,肌长 6 .31± 0 .84cm ,肌纤维长 2 .72± 0 .37cm ,肌生理横切面积 0 .19± 0 .0 6cm2 。结论 ①骨间肌都是羽肌 ,肌重较大 ,肌纤维短 ,肌生理横切面大 ,是力量型肌。骨间背侧肌的生理横切面积总和比掌侧肌大 1.71倍 ,在手的持握运动中能提供更大的肌力。②蚓状肌的肌纤维长是骨间肌的 1.38倍 ,能比骨间肌产生更快的速度和更大的动幅 ,是速度型肌。

Objective The architecture features of the the interosseous muscle and the lumbrical muscle were studied in 8(sixteen side) adult cadavers.The purpose of this paper was to investigate the tension and the excursion in quantity produced by the muscles in the movement of the grip. Results The average muscle mass , muscle length, fiber length and physiologic cross sectional area(CSA) of the palmar interosseous muscles was 1.79±0.21g,4.68 ±0.43cm,1.85±0.11cm and 0.96±0.08cm 2.These index of the dorsal interosseous muscles were 4.21±2.19g,5.57±0.56cm,2.04±0.32cm ,1.95±0.70cm 2. The interosseous muscles were all pinnate muscles. The average muscle mass , muscle length, fiber length and the CSA of the lumbrical muscles were 0.80±0.27g,muscle length was 6.31±0.84cm,2.72±0.37cm and 0.19±±0.06cm 2 respectively. Conclusions ①The interosseous muscles had relatively high muscle masses and CSA,but low fiber length,implying a design toward high force production and low excursion.The CSA of the dorsal interosseous was 1.7 times to that of the palmar interosseous muscles ,it was expected that the tension produced by the dorsal interosseous muscles may be greater that the palmar one。②The fiber length of the lumbrical muscle was 1.38 times to that of the interosseous muscle ,suggesting their adaptation for high displacement and velocity.
