升降理论与胆石病

Relationship Between Ascending-descending Theory and cholelithiasis

升降理论是中医理论的重要组成部分 ,不仅用以阐释生理现象、病理变化 ,亦是制定治法和辨证用药的重要依据。运用升降理论从生理、病理角度 ,对胆石病进行了理论探讨 ,认为升降失调是胆石病的重要病机 。

Ascending-descending theory is an important parts of the TCM theory. It is not only applied to expound the physical phenomena and pathologic changes,but also it is the important basis to set up therapeutic principle and to differentiate symptoms to select medicines. According to the physics and pathology of cholelithiasis,it is held that abnormality of ascending and descending is an obvious pathogensis of cholelithiasis,and regulation of ascending and descending is the basic therapeutic principle and important measurement.
