多发性硬化与病毒感染
摘要
多发性硬化 (MS)是一种病因未明的中枢神经系统脱髓鞘疾病 ,病毒感染为其可能的致病因素之一。基于病毒分子生物学等检查证实在MS中某些病毒感染率明显高于对照组的证据 ,以及一些流行病学的调查结果 ,目前大多数学者认为人类疱疹病毒 - 6、EB病毒。
