皮质激素在实验性缺血性脑血管病中应用进展 被引量:2

摘要 皮质激素在缺血性脑血管病中的应用一直存在争议。近年来研究发现 ,地塞米松对幼龄动物缺血性脑损伤具有保护作用 ,而对成龄动物的作用尚存在分歧。皮质酮无效。大剂量甲基强的松龙的脑保护作用尚待进一步证实。
