摘要 目的 :探讨大鼠面神经切断后小 GTP结合蛋白 TC10 m RNA在面神经核中的表达变化。方法 :利用逆转录 PCR分析方法及甲苯胺蓝染色 ,观察正常以及面神经切断后 6、12、18、2 4h大鼠面神经核中 TC10m RNA的变化和细胞浆、核的体积变化。结果 :在正常面神经核中可见 TC10的微弱表达 ,面神经切断后 6 h即开始增加 ,术后 2 4h达到最大值。结论 :TC10可能在面神经损伤后的信号转导、细胞结构的变化中具有重要的意义。面神经损伤能促进神经元的信号转导 ,从而促进细胞转录水平的增加和结构的变化。 砄bjective: To investigate the change of GTP binding protein TC10 in facial nucleus after injury. Methods: Facial nerve on both sides was cut in 15 rats.Facial nucleus were obtained before and 6,12,18 and 24 hours after facial nerve injury.The expression of TC10 mRNA in the nucleus was studied by RT PCR.Results: In the normal group,the expression of TC10 mRNA was low. TC10 mRNA increased gradually from 6 hours following facial nerve injury and reached the maximum in 24 hours.Conclusion: TC10 may play an important role in signal transduce and cytoskeleton remodeling after nerve axotomy.
